Steampunk Boracay is in the heart of D Mall, Station 2 of Boracay Island. If your mood is to chill and craving for churros, burgers or even milkshake that won’t fail your cravings? Then head over to Steampunk Boracay.
They caught my attention last week when I was in Boracay because of its theme plus the sound of the “choo-choo” of its dumb waiter.
Their kitchen is on its second floor and with the help of “dumb waiter” it helps the chef to serve the orders fast. It literally is designed and conceptualized based from “steampunk”. Watch the short video clip below:
The sound you hear from this video is exactly what I heard when I was looking around D Mall. Since it has been a long time when I last ate churros and milkshake, I tried it here.
Aside from the steampunk dumb waiter that caught my attention, you will surely not miss their iconic “big bike/motor” outside the store.
Dining Area of Steampunk Boracay
Aesthetics, vibe, the concept from its interior down to its menu, this is a real place that you should not miss. What I can imagine and remember the moment I see their vibe is “Texas”. For those Big motorbike riders who will just stop-by and order a rootbeer float or a monster milkshake. This is the first impression and imagination I can see just by looking on its interior.
Now let us get started with my food experience with Steampunk Boracay.
What I ordered in Steampunk Boracay?
Angus Burger with Swiss Cheese
They use “potato bun” to match the savory and juicy of its angus burger. The flawless and smoothness texture of its bun compliments all the bomb-flavor inside this burger (the creaminess of its cheese, the juicy and beefy of its burger plus the little crunch from its vegetable makes this burger a perfect one).
Chori Burger
Honestly, my first time to try chori burger, and I am astonished. Its garlic-barbecue glazed chorizo takes it on another level of a chori burger. Plus who would have thought of complimenting its sweetness with fried onions and the creaminess of whipped creamcheese, right? During my lunch, I have said many times that this Chori Burger is my favorite. One of the “MUST-Try” in Steampunk Boracay. You guys, should not miss this. The fried onions did not dominate the flavor of the chorizo but in fact, it balance the whole taste of this burger.
Churros
We are now on the exciting part. It has been a long time that I tried to order churros, and all I remember is that, churros are too oily and sweet. But, Steampunk Boracay prove me wrong. This churros right here is not too oily and doesn’t have lots of sugar topped on it. Because these sauces will surely bring you the feels of being in a chocolate factory. Dark chocolate for those who likes a little bit of bitterness of chocolate, chocolate coffee for a little bit strike of a roast and lastly white chocolate ginger for those who love their chocolate creamy and white. As I have mentioned to their staff, I could order lots of extra white chocolate ginger sauce for their churros. Absolutely my favorite sauce among the three!
Caramel Cheesecake
Too big for a regular size for real! My eyes got bigger when they served it. Also, I thought they were serving a monster size milkshake, but this is just their regular size take note! Okay, now with this Caramel Cheesecake, do you see those white blocks on top of that milkshake? Those are the cheesecake! Yes, you read it right. Worth the price, and they will definitely make sure you won’t regret trying out their milkshake just like the good old days when I was in middle east. I have never experience this much of a milkshake here in Philippines, so thank you Steampunk for finally serving the best milkshake in town! The Caramel Cheesecake is their vanilla milkshake with caramel white chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and of course with those big NY-style cheesecake. Just imagine if you order the jumbo size?
Location
They are just in the middle of the station 2’s D Mall and in front of Lemoni Cafe.

Naku, mukhang masarap! Lagot ang mga nagdiet to attain their beach body. Mukhang malaki pa naman tingnan ang burgers.
That milkshake got me craving!! Will definitely check this out when I go back to boracay! Hopefully soon!
